Dave has worked in the construction industry since 1993 where he started as a young boy. He grew up in the industry and learned by doing. Dave is involved in several civic and church organizations and enjoys coaching youth sports mainly football, golfing, and elk hunting.

Founder

Since moving to Lincoln, Phil has become an active member in the community. He is a dedicated member of his church. Phil loves spending time with his grandchildren. His favorite pastime is wood working. Prior to starting Epp Foundation Repair, Phil was a general contractor. In 1994 Phil and his son Dave founded Epp Foundation Repair. Phil’s passion is working with customers, finding solutions to problems that seem unsolvable and helping the customers restore the integrity of their homes.

HR Generalist

Season Epp

Season Epp started with Foundation Repair Epp back in 2003 as the bookkeeper, after starting her career at a CPA firm in Lincoln, NE. She is the wife of company President, Dave Epp. Her position has grown alongside the company over the course of the last several years. Now Season’s role entails general HR compliance along with bookkeeping, and payroll. She is the unseen hero who makes things run smoothly behind the scene. Season loves the heart behind Epp Foundation Repair. She states, “We are more than experts in foundations, we are a company that provides jobs for men and women in our community who love to work with their hands and serve those around them.” Season is a dedicated wife and mother of four. She loves spending time on the sidelines cheering on the kids during their various sports and activities. She is a proud button wearing momma. Her hobbies include reading, running on the many beautiful Lincoln trails, and hiking in the mountains when the family has time to get away. She is a joy to be around and adds positivity wherever she goes.

VP of Operations

Dustin is a father to a young lady who keeps him very busy and young himself. He likes to spend his free time playing catch with his daughter who is on a high school softball team. Saturday nights are spent out at the race track surrounded by family as they watch his daughter trade paint and put the pedal to the medal. On a rare occasion, you might run into him on the golf course enjoying the sun.

His outgoing personality, solution based approach, and having a great deal of empathy for having gone through foundation problems himself makes him a great addition to the team!
