Tressa joined Epp Foundation Repair in May 2023 as a Customer Service Representative. She brings 12+ years of customer service experience to the role, making her transition seamless. Additionally, With a background in finance, extensive experience in tech, and a passion for a “job well done,” Tressa is looking forward to growing with the company.

In her free time, Tressa is working on her Bachelor’s in business administration, with a focus on IT project management program at the University of Bellevue. When Tressa is not working or working on her degree, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, friends, and family.
